Imagine Africa 2018. Open Applications
Imagine Africa is a disruptive innovation program that identifies social problems and suggests solutions that change the world. The ideas are developed by multidisciplinary teams of creative minds, techies, business experts and other fields. Imagine's innovation trips involve the training and transformation of participants (called Dreamers) to be engines of change when they return to their environments.
12 Dreamers will be selected from Africa and Europe to embark on a journey together to create innovative projects for social impact in Africa. In Imagine, they explore not only business ideas, but new cultures and knowledge exchange on the way.
During the trip they will receive support from relevant mentors in the fields of ideation, technology, design and business. The 4 teams will present their disruptive innovation prototypes before a jury of experts, media and other professionals at the final closing event in Dakar.
